The Slytherin Dorms is a
premier Role Playing Forum based in the Harry Potter Universe. Players can
take on any character they choose, original or canon- and can play as a
student, a professor, an auror, a Death Eater - anything they choose! Stories
are limited only as far as the imagination- we have many different location-specific
forums for play at Hogwarts and beyond (Why not try Durmstrang or Beauxbatons?)
as well as areas for Pre-Series (Mauraders Era or Other) or Post-Series
play. Players of any experience level are invited to join in the fun of
interacting with the characters and magic of the Harry Potter universe.
 Do I Have to Be A Slytherin? No, you can play a student from any of the four Hogwarts Houses, as well as other students, adult witches and wizards, and anything else you can think of! We use the name The Slytherin Dorms because our particular Role Playing group was established around 2001, having moved from the Official Warner Brothers Slytherin Boards to it's permanent home at theslytherindorms.com, with a few stops along the way. Can't Decide On A Character? We would love to see more students from the 2nd-7th Years, Non-Auror ministry workers, Canon Professors, and students from Beauxbatons and Durmstrang. Do not forget that our Pre- and Post- Series sections are always needing more characters as well- feel free to try a 2nd Generation Hogwarts Student! |
